Role Overview

This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys end-to-end HR work within a lean structure. You will partner closely with the Regional HR Director and support daily HR operations, employee lifecycle matters, policy administration, and regional coordination across multiple countries.

This is a permanent part-time position with fixed afternoon working hours, offering stability, exposure to regional HR, and the opportunity to work directly with senior HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle HR documentation including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, work passes, and employee records.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.
• Support HR policy rollout, compliance tracking, and documentation.
• Assist with job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and pipeline coordination.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Coordinate HR initiatives and information flow between APAC markets.
• Prepare reports, slides, and HR data for the Regional HR Director.
• Help execute engagement activities, performance review cycles, and feedback collection.
• Support HR system enhancements, SOP development, and policy updates.

Requirements
