Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. You will partner with management to execute talent acquisition strategies, manage onboarding processes, and develop HR policies compliant with local laws. Candidates should have at least a diploma in HR management and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary package is offered, along with bonuses.

Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Manager to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HR Manager
  • Location: North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $6,500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Partner with management to identify manpower needs and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for technical, engineering, and site roles.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and compliance with MOM and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
  • Support line managers in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement plans.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competency, safety awareness, and leadership development.
  • Review and manage payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and ISO management systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate personnel records, and contribute to HR audits.
  • Lead HR improvement projects to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR duties, preferably in the construction, engineering, or M&E industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
