Job summary
A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will navigate between strategic HR initiatives and talent acquisition to enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, developing workforce plans, and managing recruitment efforts. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and solid experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
