Job summary

A recruitment firm based in Singapore seeks an HR Manager to develop and execute recruitment strategies and oversee the hiring process. The successful candidate will manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.   • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward high performance.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Manage HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
