A leading energy firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support in HR functions, including handling employment contracts, work pass renewals, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR duties, advise managers on HR matters, and ensure compliance with internal requirements. *Provide administrative support in full spectrum of HR functions including termination & repatriation, recruitment & selection, disciplinary and counseling, home leave applications, compensation & benefits.
*Responsible in administer monthly renewal of employment contracts.
Assist in work pass renewal related matters.
*Update and maintain employee’s records in HR Information System.
Perform general office duties such as data entry, printing, filling and scanning.
*Advise line managers or staffs on general HR matters.
*Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
*Keep and update training records, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
*handling confidential employee and company information.
*compiling and updating HR vendor or third-party partner details, pricing and system set-up.
*assisting the department in implementing company-wide processes, protocols and practices.
*assisting with payroll preparation by tracking relevant employee data, such as performance reviews and feedback.
*facilitating communication between the company and external partners, such as vendors, public services, external benefit partners or system-related vendors.
*helping with the planning and delivery of HR-related events, such as employee orientation, staff training, seminars, company-wide meetings, employee recognition occasions and other social events.
