We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to support the company’s human resource functions and strengthen our talent development framework. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing core HR operations, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and improving HR processes across the business.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and operational HR processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement talent planning strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Support manpower planning, talent pipeline development, and workforce capability building.

2. Compensation Management

  • Assist in developing and managing compensation structures, salary reviews, and HR cost planning.
  • Ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance in compensation practices.

3. Full Business Chain HR Management

  • Oversee HR processes across the entire business chain, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle matters.
  • Support HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and continuous improvement of HR systems.
