Operation Executive [Import & Export Permit] - 2323
Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Operation Executive to manage import and export permits, liaise with customers and suppliers, and handle daily logistics documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in air/sea logistics. This full-time role offers a salary range of $2800 to $3000, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling import and export permits.
- Ability to support overtime when required.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations documentation such as import/export permits and airway bills.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Skills
Salary: $2800 - $3000 (depends on experience)
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am to 6pm) | Alt Sat (9am to 1pm)
Working Location: Changi
- Handle daily operations documentation like import and export permit, airway bills and bill of lading & shipments.
- Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers / warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to customers email/call inquiry
- Proficient Microsoft office etc
- Possess knowledge / experience in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage
- Able to support OT when required
