A restaurant management company in Singapore seeks a responsible individual to assist in the supervision and daily operations of the restaurant. The role involves ensuring high customer service standards and managing staff training and development. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Managers in supervising and ensuring the efficient running and daily operations of the restaurant, in accordance to the company’s standards.
Key performance areas include assisting managers to manage team performance, people development through training and ensuring maximum customer service standards.
