A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role involves sourcing top talent across multiple corporate functions and enhancing recruitment strategies in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be familiar with sourcing tools. Join us to contribute to our regional hiring initiatives.
Competenze
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in-house, agency, or search firm.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Regional hiring experience is preferred.

- Manage sourcing activities for multiple, complex roles across corporate functions.
- Conduct initial screening and assessments to identify high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve talent pipelines and recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to streamline hiring processes.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house, agency, or search firm environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Regional hiring experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
