• Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading organisation in the public sector. We are looking for a HR Programme & Events Support Executive to assist in the execution of HR-related activities and administrative support.
• This role will start off as a 6-months contract assignment.
• Important to note: We are only looking for candidates who are comfortable to start work only in November due to needs of the role.
• May be required to support HR events on Saturdays

• A-Levels/Diploma or Degree holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Adaptable to different systems used in daily work
• Able to deliver good customer service promptly and effectively

• Support HR administrative processes, including the updating of personal records, candidate particulars, and personnel clearance
• Prepare and customise certificates for programme and activity participants
• Manage communications with HR candidates and programme participants, including drafting emails, sending notifications, and tracking responses
• Assist in planning and executing HR events, such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, camps, and ceremonies
• Maintain and reorganise e-filing systems and document archives on internal and external platforms
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of HR initiatives and compliance with timelines
