Job Description
Human Resources Assistant (Part-Time)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review resumes and applications to find great matches for our open roles.
  • Conduct friendly phone screenings to get to know candidates and understand their career goals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers — making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Follow up with candidates after interviews, sharing feedback and next steps in a timely and professional way.
  • Keep our recruitment records organized and updated so the process stays seamless.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "A" Level, local Polytechnic Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
