Repair.sg is a growing repair-service startup, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Assistant to help manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company. Training will be provided, and you’ll get hands‑on experience handling real business finances for a small, fast‑moving team.
Process and manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
Manage accounts receivable - monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers politely to ensure they pay on time.
Manage accounts payable - prepare payments for vendors and ensure all supporting documents are in order.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and simple bookkeeping entries.
Assist with reconciling bank statements and internal records, and highlight discrepancies where necessary.
Help prepare basic financial summaries, cash flow tracking, and simple monthly reports.
Support the team with general admin tasks related to finance such as data entry, filing documents, and organising digital records.
Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, not strictly required.
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome.
Relevant experience in accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Comfortable communicating with customers when following up on payments (training will be given).
Familiarity with Excel or basic accounting software is a plus.
Organised, responsible, and able to work independently once trained.
Full‑time, stable Monday–Friday schedule (9am–6pm).
