Job summary
An education center in Singapore is seeking a full-time Secondary English Teacher to engage with international and local students. Responsibilities

- Set homework and conduct bi-monthly assessments.
- Mark homework and review corrections.
- Attend Monthly Meetings to update the Academic Head.
- Assist in researching and developing new teaching materials.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing lesson plans.

We’re looking for a full-time Secondary English Teacher. Our pay range is from $4000 to $5000.

- Prepare lesson plans for your lessons.
- Encourage student participation and provide academic support during lessons.
- Setting homework and bi-monthly assessments to review students' progress.
- Mark the student's homework and review corrections.
- Attend Monthly Meetings and update the Academic Head on students’ progress and other problems.
- Assist the Academic Head in researching and developing new teaching materials.
- Administrative tasks, for example, include keeping and filing lesson plans and teaching records.
- Must complete A Level, Polytechnic, Degree, or higher education.
- Able to teach Secondary and above English (O Level, IGCSE and/or IB).
- Must be able to commit to at least ONE/TWO weekends to work. Off-In-Lieu on weekdays.
- Patient, willing to learn/adapt, and flexible.
