What You’ll Be Part Of

Role: Sports Coach (Full‑Time)

Responsibilities

• Coach group classes, private lessons, and corporate programs (tennis, pickleball, or padel)
• Deliver high‑quality, structured, fun, and engaging sessions
• Assist with program development, training curriculum, and events
• Assist with operational tasks as per business needs
• Provide clear guidance and mentorship to students of all ages and levels
• Uphold Umeus Group coaching standards and culture
• Represent our brand on‑court with professionalism, positivity, and leadership
• Support community events, pop‑ups, and club initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Former competitive athlete AND/OR experienced/certified coach
• Strong technical foundation in at least one racquet sport
• Energetic, friendly, reliable, and great with people
• Able to deliver engaging, structured, and safe coaching sessions
• Passionate about continuous learning and development
• Team‑player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Bonus: Certified under PPR, PTR, ITF, GPTCA, Padel Federation, etc.
