Responsibilities
- Manage villa bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth daily check-in/check-out operations.
- Handle online, phone, and walk-in enquiries.
- Collect and tally villa rental & facility payments.
- Perform service recovery and waive charges when needed.
- Submit End-of-Shift/End-of-Day reports.
- Handle lost & found items.
- Monitor vehicle movement & registration.
- Prepare quotations and billing requests.
- Support Duty Manager and assist in other assigned duties.
5 days (Mon–Sun)
Rotating shifts: 8:30am – 5:45pm / 10:45am – 8:00pm
Transport provided at Tanah Merah Mrt
Monthly Laundry Allowance provided
Manage villa bookings, amendments, and cancellations
Ensure smooth daily check-in/check-out operations
Handle online, phone, and walk-in enquiries
