A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Admin Executive cum Customer Service. The successful candidate will manage the front desk, respond to customer enquiries, and facilitate requests while supporting day-to-day operations. An ideal applicant should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or tuition centers and be proficient in MS Office. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $2,500 with additional bonuses and requires working 6 days a week across three branches.
Admin Executive cum Customer Service
Up to $2,500 + Estimated 2 months variable bonus + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
Employees will rotate between three branches:
Bukit Timah
Sixth Avenue
Parkway Centre / 1 Marine Parade Central
6 days/week, 44 hours/week
Mon–Fri: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Sat: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm or 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm (depending on roster)
Manage the front desk
Respond to customer enquiries actively
Facilitate customer requests
Support day-to-day centre operations
Assist the Admin Manager
Handle student registration
Source general office needs (office supplies, pantry items, etc.)
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels, Higher/Nitec
At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, Retail, or Tuition Centre
Customer service oriented
Proficient in MS Office applications
