Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and polished reception experience
  • Welcome and attend to VIP guests, senior executives, and external stakeholders with discretion and confidence
  • Manage meeting room bookings, guest registrations, and coordination of refreshments and hospitality arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Support front desk administration, including visitor passes, courier handling, and document coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals, meetings, and departures
  • Maintain a presentable reception area that reflects the company’s corporate image and standards
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist or in premium customer service roles
  • Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in cabin crew, VIP airport lounges, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service environments
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professionally presented, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Calm, discreet, and composed when handling VIPs and sensitive situations
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and strong organisational skills
