Job summary

An education service provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative. Responsibilities include assisting parents and students, managing communications, and preparing financial documents. Candidates should have a diploma and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. This role requires patience, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Working hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekends, following a rotating schedule.

  • Basic computer skills (MS office).
Working Hours

Working Hours:
Weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm
Weekends: 9:00am to 6:30pm
5-day work week on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
