• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

• Manage end-to-end line operations and supervise line leaders/operators.
• Monitor and ensure CCP/CP controls and equipment (e.g., CW devices, weighing scales, printers) are functioning and calibrated/fit for use.
• Work with the Production Planning Manager to execute and adjust production schedules; manage manpower and resources.
• Set and maintain quality control standards; support audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with Engineering on breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Sales/Marketing, and other departments as needed.
• Plan monthly stock checks for materials and WIP; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Schedule line cleaning and housekeeping activities when required.
• Ensure SOPs, WSH Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and training records are updated and audit-ready.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health regulations (Singapore MOM) and food safety regulations (Singapore SFA).
• Familiar with FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP; knowledge of ISO 45001 (advantage).
• Experience in food production management: SOPs, planning/scheduling, efficiency improvement, inventory, and quality control.
• Able to manage production equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Proven leadership and people management skills; able to train and supervise staff.
• Diploma/degree in food-related field (preferred/optional) with relevant food manufacturing experience.
