Job summary

A leading company in food manufacturing is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and maintain customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the food manufacturing industry, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role is permanent, offering a basic salary of up to $3,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities and deliver product presentations.
