Responsibilities

• Prepare Audit schedule.
• Process all invoices.
• Check daily salesman report of sales.
• Perform data entry and other adhoc duties.
• Record payments, invoices, and journal entries into the accounting system.
• Review and verify monthly petty cash statements and claims.
• Maintain daily cash book schedules and monitor cash flow.
