Job summary
A leading food technology company in Singapore is seeking an R&D Assistant - Food Technologist. The successful candidate will support the R&D department by maintaining seasoning compounding and participating in the development of new seasoning applications. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology and have at least 1 year of experience in food seasoning. Join a dynamic team where your contributions will help shape innovative products. Salary is between SGD 2500 and SGD 3000.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in food seasoning.
- Ability to handle quality checks and evaluations.
- Knowledge of HACCP and Halal quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the R&D department in seasoning compounding.
- Support monthly new seasoning or application method development.
- Perform QC checks on finished products and incoming raw materials.
- Evaluate current and alternative food ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness within the R&D laboratory.
