A leading food technology company in Singapore is seeking an R&D Assistant - Food Technologist. The successful candidate will support the R&D department by maintaining seasoning compounding and participating in the development of new seasoning applications. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology and have at least 1 year of experience in food seasoning. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in food seasoning.
• Ability to handle quality checks and evaluations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Halal quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the R&D department in seasoning compounding.
• Support monthly new seasoning or application method development.
• Perform QC checks on finished products and incoming raw materials.
• Evaluate current and alternative food ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness within the R&D laboratory.
