Responsibilities

• Develop new soy-based products and improve existing recipes to meet market trends.
• Work with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Marketing, and Halal/ISO teams to ensure product success.
• Conduct trials, sensory evaluations, and compliance checks to maintain product standards.
• Create and update technical files, product specifications, and process documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

Our client is seeking a R&D Executive/Senior Executive to join their team!

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 830am-6pm

Working Location: Currently at Aljunied, will be moving to Senoko in 3 months time.

Salary Range: S$3,000-S$4,000

What you'll be doing?

Innovate: Develop new soy-based products and improve existing recipes to meet market trends.

Collaborate: Work with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, Marketing, and Halal/ISO teams to ensure product success.

Ensure Quality: Conduct trials, sensory evaluations, and compliance checks to maintain product standards.

Document: Create and update technical files, product specifications, and process documentation.

Improve: Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.
