🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall food quality and safety at Central Kitchen
• Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
• Develop, review, and enhance QA policies
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks
• Maintain and improve quality control procedures
• Investigate customer feedback and conduct root‑cause analysis
• Verify compliance with QA protocols and SOPs
• Monitor product quality standards consistently
• Ensure adherence to HACCP & AVA/NEA guidelines
• Supervise and manage all QA department activities
• Support product & process development
• Assist in R&D, food tasting, and process improvements
• Any other duties assigned by Chief QA Officer / Manager

📝 Job Requirements

• Strong background in Food Science, QA, or food manufacturing
• Experience in quality management, audits, and regulatory compliance is advantageous
• Knowledge of HACCP, NEA, and AVA standards
