Job summary

A major SGX-listed company in Singapore seeks a Chief Financial Officer to drive strategic growth and oversee financial performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive finance experience, SGX reporting knowledge, and a strong industry background in infrastructure or construction. Key responsibilities include leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with listing rules, and preparing financial statements. Proficiency in professional Mandarin is required for liaising with counterparts in China.

Qualifications

  • 16-18 years of work experience with comprehensive finance exposure.
  • SGX reporting experience is a must.
  • Prior Big 4 exposure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance team and oversee financial strategy.
  • Support business expansion and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements.
