Core Responsibilities

As the ERP & PELM Business Deployment Lead, you will manage the deployment lifecycle locally covering test, training, cutover planning, communications, change management and release coordination.

The role covers:

  • Take responsibility for local change management related activities securing affected employees are informed and trained, and the transformation is well received locally
  • Mobilise local leadership teams and partners to drive a successful transformation of current activities and future leaps to come, and follow up to align on longer term ambitions and secure value realization
  • Establish local business deployment plan in collaborate with the central deployment, cutover team and hypercare planning
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with local partners to keep them informed and engaged in key decisions and planning
  • Assess and monitor the business readiness, including user training, role mapping, data validation, process adoption, and identification and definition of new roles required in receiving organisations
  • Ensure deployment strategy adheres to the legal, regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Control critical metrics and user feedback during hyper care to ensure system adoption and stability

Deliverables:

The role will support both the first milestones on ERP SAP 4/HANA and PELM transformations in 2027, as well as future leaps. Globally we are looking for different profiles with experience within Finance and E2E flow of goods, and also capabilities within Product development, BOM workflows and PELM.

The ERP and PELM Transformations are top business priorities of the LEGO Group. These critical transformations are led by two collaborative teams working in partnership; the global ERP Transformation Team and the global PELM Transformation Team. Both transformation programmes work globally in close collaboration with colleagues across the entire organization!

Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience in orchestrating change programs, experience in transforming E2E business processes
  • Project manager profile driving structure, understand challenges, follow up and secure progress on resolutions and effective reporting on project status
  • Strong understanding of product creation, product development and the flow of money and flow of goods in large companies
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with the ambiguity in a transformation, and engage as trusted partner and advisor towards business interested parties
  • Team player, with ability to work in a team with central programme streams providing the global steer, and work independently on driving own local deliverables
  • Experience from a similar role with responsibility for product development/PLM/finance/ERP transformation demonstrating the ability to drive end-to-end responsibility for deliverables
