Job summary

A leading construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance professional. Key responsibilities include managing a full set of accounts, issuing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Candidates must have a Diploma or equivalent in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiar with Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or MYOB is essential. Strong communication skills in English are required, and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
  • Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements.
  • Experience in construction / engineering / manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in HR administration such as onboarding documents and leave records.

Job Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and General Ledger
  • Issue invoices, follow up on payments and manage supplierpayments
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Assist in GST submission and liaise with IRAS when required
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and company secretary
  • Process payroll, CPF contributions and related submissions (ifapplicable)
Administration & HR Support:
  • Perform general administrative duties and maintain properfiling systems
  • Assist in HR administration such as onboarding documents,employment contracts and leave records
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation arrangements or basicprocurement when required
  • Provide administrative support to management and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma / LCCI / ACCA (partial) or equivalent qualification inAccounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
  • Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and GSTrequirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software(e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
  • Good written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is anadvantage
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
  • Experience in construction / engineering / manufacturingindustry is an advantage
