Join a leading aviation team where your operational, financial, and customer service skills will take flight. We're looking for a Client Aviation Specialist to support our managed clients by ensuring seamless operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional client service.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and enjoys being the link between internal teams and high‑value aviation clients.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Aviation Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Client Aviation Director and broader aircraft management team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for managed clients, addressing inquiries, service requests, and resolving issues.
• Conducting operational analysis and supporting financial forecasting efforts.
• Validating and approving expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for aircraft and clients, aligning with internal protocols.
• Collaborating with recruiters to coordinate crew interviews and support compensation analysis.
• Handling and reconciling aircraft crew expenses.
• Maintaining client data across internal systems, including SharePoint and proprietary platforms.
• Creating reports, budgets, dashboards, and marketing materials for assigned accounts.
• Supporting client agreement amendments and ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.
• Assisting with collections, risk mitigation, and continuous client satisfaction initiatives.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree (strongly preferred); aviation or finance background a plus.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in client services, operations, or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial tools and reporting.
• Accounting experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP, CTA/FOS, or similar enterprise systems (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team functions.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
