• Own the payroll cycle for contractors (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) across multiple clients.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws (CPF, SDL, NS, maternity, income tax, IRAS submissions).
• Manage billing and invoicing tied to secondment agreements and project-based work.
• Interpret timesheets, resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants, finance, and HRSS to keep operations seamless.

• Numbers-Driven Mindset: A genuine passion for accuracy and working with data.
• Deadline-focused, clear communicator, problem-solver with integrity, and adaptable team player who thrives under shifting priorities.
• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment, with knowledge of contractor payroll cycles, billing structures, and Singapore regulations (MOM, IRAS, PDPA).
• Proficiency in payroll systems and/or advanced Excel, plus strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
