What You’ll Do
  • Own the payroll cycle for contractors (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) across multiple clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws (CPF, SDL, NS, maternity, income tax, IRAS submissions).
  • Manage billing and invoicing tied to secondment agreements and project-based work.
  • Interpret timesheets, resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants, finance, and HRSS to keep operations seamless.
