Salary: SGD 1,900 – 2,600/month

Sembcorp Industries, a leading energy and urban development company, is looking for diligent and motivated Factory Workers to support our operations in Singapore. As part of our production team, you will be involved in ensuring high-quality output and smooth manufacturing processes within our facilities.

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery safely
• Assemble, inspect, and package products
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist in basic repairs
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

• Minimum N-Level or Secondary School education
• Experience in factory or production work is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks

• Monthly salary: SGD 1,900 – 2,600
• Overtime pay and shift allowances
