A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to develop AI-enabled Asset Optimization Management (AOM) solutions. The role involves collaborating with teams to tailor solutions for client challenges, leading solution demonstrations, and staying updated on AI trends in Industry 4.0. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in AI or digital transformation are required. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Collaborate with Regional HQs and sales teams to develop opportunities and drive global order intake for AI-enabled AOM (Asset Optimization Management) solutions.
To understand client challenges across operations, maintenance, and asset performance, tailor AI-driven solutions to meet their needs.
Lead or support solution demonstrations, articulating business value through data-driven storytelling and technical depth.
Build trusted relationships with both technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Stay updated on AI trends in Industry 4.0, bringing innovation into client engagements and internal capability development.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in AI, data science, digital transformation, or industrial automation.
Solid knowledge of industrial environments (oil & gas, mining, utilities) and experience with digital transformation projects.
Hands‑on experience with AI/ML applications such as predictive maintenance, real‑time optimization, digital twins, or anomaly detection.
Familiarity with platforms like ERP, MES, EAM/CMMS, APM, SCADA, and IoT ecosystems.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of edge computing, agentic AI, and time‑series data.
