Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor nursing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to ensure high clinical standards.
- Set performance goals and provide coaching to support staff growth.
Clinical & Operational Oversight
- Develop and implement evidence‑based with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and patient feedback to guide improvements.
Resource & Workflow Management
- Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize care delivery.
- Oversee resources, equipment needs, and budget management to ensure efficiency.
Quality & Safety
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service standards.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
Hospital Setup & Commissioning
- Support the design and operationalization of nursing services for the new hospital.
- Contribute to workflow planning, policy development, and infrastructure readiness.
- Establish systems for inventory, equipment procurement, and infection control.
Key Requirements
- Min. Degree in Nursing and must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Min. 7-8 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse in clinical settings with Operating Theatre experience
- Min. 2 years’ experience in supervisory role and managing staff
- Experience in nursing administration, preferably in startup or expansion setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
