Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide high-quality assistance to end users and senior management. Key responsibilities include overseeing technical setups and ensuring data integrity across platforms. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years’ experience in IT support, ideally in a financial services environment, and must hold a relevant degree. This position is open exclusively to Singaporeans.

  • Provide high-quality Level 1 and 2 support for end users.
  • Oversee setup and troubleshooting of PCs and business applications.

  • Coordinate technology projects with Corporate IT and Logistics teams.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users, ensuring all incidents and requests are resolved with professionalism and precision.
  • Deliver discreet, responsive, and proactive support for executives and high-profile users, both onsite and remotely.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, trading phones, virtual desktops, mobile devices, printers, and key business applications (Windows OS, M365, MS Teams, Office Suite).
  • Maintain accurate IT and logistics inventories, apply system updates and security patches promptly, and uphold data integrity across all platforms.
  • Perform routine administration of Active Directory, print services, VDI environments, and Workspace One.
  • Partner with Corporate IT and Logistics teams to execute technology and facility projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions, including account provisioning, workspace setup, and office access.
  • Manage local facility services such as lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, and safety compliance, ensuring a secure and well-maintained work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance support efficiency, user experience, and workplace effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally within a financial services or high-performance corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise with VDI, Workspace One, Windows OS, M365, MS Teams, and mobile device management.
  • Proven ability to provide white-glove support to senior management and C-suite executives, with strong judgment and confidentiality.
