A facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects. In this role, you will manage projects from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of project management experience in M&E, strong communication skills, and a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years’ project management experience in M&E and building works, preferably in healthcare.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and building projects from inception to handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E works and building works.
• Communicate and work closely with customers and stakeholders.
