• Ensure monthly personal sales targets are met.
• Maintain customers’ records and documentation.
• Deliver facial/massage services safely.
• Meet sales targets while providing personalized service.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer needs.
• Promote retail products and additional services.
• Ensure customer safety during treatments.
• Provide high quality customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.

Job description

• Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met
• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
• Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
• Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with customers
• Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
• Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
• Provide high quality customer service
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
• Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
