- Welcome visitors and assist them with general inquiries
- Handle any incoming telephone calls and provide information accurately
- Perform registration processes
- Manage office and meeting rooms’ bookings
- Coordinate with vendors and services for facilities
- Manage inquiries regarding lost and found items
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
- Minimum GCE O level with 1 year of relevant experience as corporate receptionist or customer service‑related experience
- Well‑versed with Microsoft office tools
- Possess good communication skills
- Island‑wide
- Every Mondays to Fridays only
- Any 8 working hours between 8am to 6:30pm
- Transport allowance provided
- Performance bonus
- 1 year renewable contract
