A leading renewable energy firm in Singapore is seeking a Director, Taxation to lead tax strategy and compliance across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves tax planning, managing M&A transactions, and collaborating with senior management. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm, and a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific tax landscape. This position will work closely with senior management of the Brookfield Renewable Group Asia Pacific Region. The role of Director, Taxation will have the responsibilities to manage the development and execution of the tax strategy, planning initiatives and risk management practices for the Brookfield Renewable Group. The role will also be responsible for overseeing and ensuring all tax matters are appropriately addressed, including M&A tax support, tax due diligence, tax risk management, and tax compliance and tax reporting for Brookfield Renewable Group’s portfolio companies.
