Develop and coordinate fundraising events through determining organisational needs, and understanding the involvement and requirements of donors/sponsors participating in such events. Communicate timely and clearly to stakeholders about roles, responsibilities and event timelines. Monitor vendors, manage project schedules, budgets and procurement processes to ensure successful event delivery.

• Communicate timely and clearly to stakeholders regarding roles, responsibilities and event timelines.
• Recommend or seek approval for procurement requests and coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and delivery of purchases.
• Monitor vendors to implement project schedules effectively, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage operational and administrative functions to ensure events are delivered timely and efficiently, including preparation of tokens of appreciation where necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on event positioning and pitching for effective publicity and timely preparation/production of collateral.
• Conduct on-site inspections and project manage events.
• Prepare end-of-event statements of accounts and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Conduct post-event evaluation, documentation and debrief for continuous improvement purposes.
• Develop and implement strategies for active stewardship of existing and potential donors.
• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with various corporate groups and donors.
• Conduct public education talks, exhibitions and presentations to groups of professionals, corporate and school audiences on the role of the Hospice and donation/sponsorship opportunities, or coordinate activities for fundraising events.
• Prepare and submit regular fundraising performance reports and statistics to Senior/Manager Fundraising and Head Communications & Community Engagement.

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor engagement.
• Preferably experience in event organising/management.
• Experience in fundraising in the social service industry is an advantage.
