Job description

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for education and digital growth? Onestage Academy is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in the heart of the city. We need someone who can bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Ad Management
Execute and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.). Develop and implement Promotion Plans and budget allocations for maximum ROI.

2. Content Creation & Design
Design high-quality marketing collaterals and promotional materials (posters, social media graphics, brochures). Coordinate and manage Live Streaming sessions to engage with our online community.

3. Campaign Management (Online & Offline)
Organize and oversee both digital webinars and physical ground events/roadshows. Work closely with on‑site teachers to deeply understand the curriculum and translate educational value into marketing angles.

4. Data-Driven Growth
Identify and target precision customers to ensure high-quality lead generation. Track data collection, analyse campaign performance, and optimise the conversion funnel from lead to enrollment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media ad accounts and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Comfortable with the technical and presentation aspects of Network Broadcasting/Live Streaming.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers and understand customer pain points.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data and conversion metrics. Self‑motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: S$3,000 + (Commensurate with experience)
Location: City Area (Central Singapore)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Singaporeans or PRs preferred
