Zusammenfassung
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations. The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma in Logistics or Business Operations, has 2 years' experience in the field, and is proficient in the SAP system. Qualifikationen

- Preferably with 2 years of experience in Logistics / Order Management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Aufgaben
- Managing and planning import & export process and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with government laws and customs regulations.
- Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth execution of sales.

- Managing and planning import & export process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure correct arrival time.
- Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
- Works closely with warehouse to ensure smooth receiving/delivery of goods.
- Handle all sales, import/export related documentation.
- Co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholder to ensure smooth execution of sales.
- Timely update of forecast, sales, inventory, account receivable reports.
- Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation.
- Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders, Credit/Debit Notes.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders & customers on orders/shipment/payment issues.
- Monitor & update ageing list & account receivables.
- Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics or Business Operations related field.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in Logistics / Order Management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP system.
