Its primary businesses in Singapore include luxury retailing, turn-key project management, system specialist consulting and brand distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities for group of companies;
• Handling partial set of accounts;
• Prepare and submit GST returns;
• Monitor and post all incoming payments to customer accounts;
• Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation and statement of accounts;
• Manage accounts receivables functions include veifying supplier invoices, initiating payment, data entry, AR aging and report;
• Maintenance and reconciliation of creditor/debtor ledger;
• Accounting/bookkeeping duties;
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system;
• Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management’s use;
• Liaise with external accounting firm as assigned;
• Prepare and submit claims such NS claims, grants and other;
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents;
• Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least Nitec in Accounting or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Able to work with minimum supervision
