Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Senior M&E Engineer to support engineering works, coordinate project tasks, and ensure quality compliance. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit or BIM software. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients and oversee site operations in a dynamic construction environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for senior role.
- PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
- Plan/schedule and coordinate M&E works.
- Monitor progress of site work and ensure quality.

- To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
- Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
- Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
- Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
- Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
- Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for senior role.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.
