Job scope

• Carry out Hands on service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair of data center Aircon/Hvac/ CRAC (computer room aircon)
• Documentation of pre work risk assessment and post work service reports in a timely manner.
• person in the service office.
• Supervise subcontractors
• Mentor junior technician.
• Adhere to safety SOP

Requirements

• Min Nitec Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years’ experience in the M&E industry
• Proficient with documentation for example, Job method statement, permit to work, risk assessment, maintenance operation protocol
