The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to drive business growth, strengthen governance, and ensure effective execution of key projects. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor and develop management teams to enhance overall organisational performance.
- Drive business development, identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline.
- At least 5–8 years of relevant management experience, with proven leadership in a senior role.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a leadership team.
