Job summary
A financial management firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned financial professional with over 12 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage the annual budgeting process, provide insights for business growth, and strengthen internal controls. Key qualifications include a degree in Accounting and extensive experience in commercial or Big 4 firms. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms.
- At least 3 years in external audit.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide market and business insights and support financial modelling.
- Analyse monthly financial results and provide commentary on variances.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and prepare forecasts.
- Partner with business units to formulate strategies for growth.
- Prepare presentations for COO and/or CFO.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve Finance processes.

- Provide market and business insights and support business on financial modelling for business proposal or decision making
- Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provde supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
- Manage the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
- Partner the business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- Prepare adhoc presentations for COO and/or CFO
- Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 3 years in external audit
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
