Job summary

You will lead a team of accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and governance. Responsibilities include managing financial closing, conducting reviews, preparing reports, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English and Mandarin. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a regional or multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing, reporting requirements, and accounting standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review monthly financial closing and reporting for multiple regional entities.
• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to regional finance team members.
• Conduct regular reviews of accounting processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
