Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of double entries and accounting terms.
• Familiarity with GST reporting will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP & AR functions accurately.
• Post transactions to journal and ledgers in SAP.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
• Assist in month-end closing and liaise with auditors.
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
• Prepare cash flow plans and contribute to budgeting.
• Review invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Support Quarterly GST reporting and financial analysis.
