In 2023, our professional team, Punjab Football Club, made history by being the first club to be promoted to the ISL.Our focus is on bringing world-class standards to Roundglass Punjab Football Club and The Roundglass Sports Academy, which will support the development of talent in football, hockey, and tennis.Roundglass Sports is seeking a creative and systems-oriented Marketing Lead to design and drive marketing, branding, and communications strategies and proactively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders to promote the brand identity and services of the Sports business of Roundglass. You will function in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders and the leadership team to develop and execute an integrated roadmap to position and build the brand of Sports business and its diverse constituents in sync with Roundglass vision and enable the commercial evolution of Sports business. This is a novel and strategic opportunity for a high-energy professional to conceptualize and organize marketing initiatives in the domain of Sports and be part of our journey of holistic Wellbeing to develop self, society, community, and nation.**What you'll do:**- Develop and lead the implementation of overall marketing and branding strategy across multiple sports disciplines of Roundglass (Football, Hockey, Tennis & Talents).- Develop and manage business brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements spanning the various constituents of the Roundglass Sports business in order to maximize the brand's equity.- Assess concepts and strategy against market insights and Roundglass brand vision to create new experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally for Roundglass Sports.- Formulate an annual marketing plan and budget to ensure that marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events are financially viable, and create a positive economic impact for Roundglass; work with finance and operations to track budgets according to Corporate standards.- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to improve and develop marketing-related initiatives, events, campaigns, and promotional collaterals and materials for the Sports business.- Manage the progress and impact of marketing initiatives through periodic pulse-checking and tear-down analysis to drive a culture of constant learning and improvement.- Seek partnerships and collaborations that leverage and augment capabilities of Roundglass Sports to further the brand and goals.- Establish and maintain productive working relationships and contractual arrangements with business partners and stakeholders in the Sports ecosystem.- Advocate on behalf of the Roundglass Sports brand with external stakeholders and other influencers and manage high-impact engagement across various communications channels and vehicles.- Develop and leverage relationships with creative and design agencies to provide positive strategic direction to the Sports constituents of Roundglass.- Engage with external agencies and lead marketing campaign development from brief creation to communication development and tactical execution.- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders for planning and organizing events; conduct negotiations for the events with a strong emphasis on minimizing expenses and driving efficiency and high impact.- Be an active member of Roundglass Sports management team and collaborate with functional team members on marketing-related priorities.**Skills & Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree along with management education preferably in strategy, marketing, and brand management of the business.- At least 20 years of relevant marketing experience in a sector associated with sports products, activities, services, experiences, or a related segment; experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing planning, and implementation.- Top-notch marketer with proven experience in a marketing leadership role who has built and positioned brands and contributed to the commercial growth of the business; engaged with a diverse stakeholder community like media, customers, sponsors, sports federation, and other business partners and alliances.- A creative thinker with progressive ideas; able to think strategically, yet focus on execution; with proficiency in driving high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, advertisement, etc.).- Tech and startup savviness with the ability to strategize in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.- Expert communication skills to define appealing marketing strategies and campaigns; strong eye for design, optics, and visual marketing.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to function effectively in a diverse multi-disciplinary and international team environment.- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and negotiation skills.- Driven by a deep interest and passion in the domain of Sports and Wellbeing through Sports.Roundglass was built on the vision that wellbeing should be at the very center of our life journey.
