Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
- Building and nurturing relationships with key clients from initial prospecting through long-term partnerships
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Leading client presentations and negotiations to deliver winning proposals
- Collaborating closely with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities in the database
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the events, experiential marketing, or related creative industries
- You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- You have strong experience managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across Asia (Singapore preferred)
- You have proficiency in digital marketing across multiple channels, including analytics and AI tools
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills to convert cold leads into clients successfully
- You have a self-starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act without waiting to be told
- You have a strategic and creative approach, bringing fresh ideas and unconventional solutions to client engagement
- You have the resilience and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment
